Corahe

For five decades, Finca Corahe has been working under the strictest quality processes for the production of Arabica coffee. In this way, we guarantee that our coffee collection, selection and drying processes are of high quality with a specialization in the natural coffee drying process.

The processing plant is located in the Municipality of Zentla, located in the central mountainous area of ​​the state of Veracruz, where coffee has stood out for having the highest scores in specialty coffees in recent years, thus being the main productive region of coffee from the state and thanks to its privileged geographical location, the soil, type of climate and altitude make our coffee one of the best in the world.

Method Natural Honey 280 hours Anaerobic Fermentation

Thanks to over three years of research, CORAHE has developed an innovative coffee processing system that combines natural and honey processes to create a hybrid method that delivers unique flavors in the cup, creating a distinctive coffee. The husk is a byproduct used to make various foods such as flours, jams, and infusions of excellent quality, but above all, high in antioxidants.

Finca Santa Cruz

Finca Santa Cruz in Chiapas, Mexico, has become known for its quality-forward approach led by José Argüello since its first year participating in the Cup of Excellence competition in 2019 with a natural gesha, where they placed first with a score of 93.07. In 2021 and 2022, Finca Santa Cruz once again placed first in the Cup of Excellence national competition, becoming the first estate in history to win the CoE three consecutive times in Mexico.

Third-generation coffee producer José Argüello purchased Finca Santa Cruz in 2014. Located in La Concordia near the endemic forests of the Reserva de la Biósfera Triunfo Verde (Triunfo biosphere).

José learned a lot of what he knows about coffee from his father, a lifelong coffee producer and today, he and his sister, Karen, work together to produce and sell their coffees. Karen is in charge of finding a market for their coffees. They hope to open a café in Chiapas’ capital city, Tuxla.

José is also the director of CAFECO, a regional producer’s cooperative. The cooperative supports farmers in the region and helps them market their coffees and increase the prices they receive for their work.
